Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and make your orders as quickly as possible, each personalised item is individually made, please allow 2- 3 working days for dispatch.
At busy times such as the Christmas period etc dispatch times may be longer.
Should you need your item quicker please feel free to contact us, using the contact form along with your order number and we will be happy to discuss this with you
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Once your item has been dispatched and is with Royal Mail we trust that they will deliver your order within their specified guidelines for the postage used. We send all orders Royal Mail signed for, during busy periods sadly Royal Mail cannot guarantee that they will meet this guideline, sadly this is outside of our control
Royal Mail ask us to allow them 10 days from posting before we can file a report for missing/lost items. If after this time your item has not arrived with you please contact us and we will be happy to try and resolve your issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure the address is correct when completing your order.
If the address is incorrect or considered insufficient by either the courier or Royal Mail, your order may be returned to us or may be delivered to an incorrect location.
If your order is returned back to us, we can re-ship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee. If the parcel is lost due to the incorrect address and you want to be sent another print/frame with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
