Please take extra care when entering personalised details to be used, including use of capitol letters etc as personalised items can only be refunded if damaged in transit or faulty.
In the unlikely event that your print or frame is damaged in transit, please ensure that when signing for delivery you state this on delivery, you will need to report this within 48hrs of the received delivery to us. Please include an image of the product as well as of the packaging. this ensures that we are able to raise a claim against the courier/Royal Mail
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item it will be inspected, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to the method of payment used, this may take a few days to appear on your account whilst being processed by the financial institution
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
